Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active MA RN license
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) and ACLS preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Develop culturally competent plans based on patient needs and preferences
• Provide age-appropriate, evidence-based nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and prevention
• Delegate tasks safely within the MA Nurse Practice Act
• Participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness efforts
