About the Hospital and Department:

• Position will manage a growing 24 bed ED with over 40k annual visits and a team of over 60 FTE's
• Well supported by a team of Charge Nurses and Department Educator
• Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Director of Nursing
• Amazing opportunities for growth and advancement - many of its Managers advance to Director, VP and CNO level positions within the organization!

Qualifications & Requirements for Emergency Department Nurse Manager (RN):

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN License
• 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• 2+ years of ER leadership experience as an ED/ER Coordinator or Manager level required
• Proven track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and patient experience/satisfaction
• INSPIRATIONAL and collaborative leadership style
