Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Current RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations and staff on assigned unit.
• Recommends staffing levels per guidelines and maintains schedules.
• Ensures nursing standards, safety, infection control, and quality goals are met.
• Participates in budgeting and financial planning for the department.
• Promotes education, staff development, and professional governance.
