Ascension Cedar Park Medical Center in Cedar Park, TX seeks an ED Nursing Leader to oversee rotating shift operations in the Emergency Department. You will coordinate staffing, ensure high-quality patient care, and monitor outcomes for safe, efficient patient access.

You will lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff while collaborating on quality initiatives and regulatory compliance to promote clinical excellence and patient safety.

Competenze

• RN license required and eligible to work in Texas.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support is required for clinical practice.
• Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead ED nursing operations to ensure patient access and quality care.
• Assess patient needs and coordinate staffing by competency and priority.
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
