Job summary

AdventHealth in CHATSWORTH, GA is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee staffing, hiring, onboarding, and performance management. You will foster an inclusive environment, manage budgets, and drive quality improvement to sustain high standards of patient care.

The role requires active RN licensure with CPR/BLS/ACLS/PALS and strong leadership, with a focus on evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration across the care teams.
