Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Exeter Hospital Emergency Department seeks an experienced RN to lead daily clinical operations for a busy seacoast unit. The role emphasizes high‑quality patient care, mentorship, and collaboration with physicians and staff in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise a defined team, participate in staffing decisions, and help drive performance improvement initiatives to support patient safety and outcomes across shifts.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• RN license in NH or other compact state.
• ANCC-recognized professional certification required within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties of a Staff RN as necessary.
• Provide anticipatory planning related to patient needs, staffing and unit needs.
• Mentor and role model for nursing staff; engage in clinical rounds and education.
