NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital invites applications for a Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department at NYP/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, NYS RN license, BCLS, and at least 1 year of acute care ED/Med-Surg experience.

The role features a 12-hour Day shift (8am–8:30pm) with rotating weekends/holidays and full-time commitment. You will collaborate with paramedics, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to rapidly assess patients

Formación

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
At least 1 year of acute care RN experience in an Emergency Department or Medical/Surgical setting.
Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain).
BCLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

Independently assess conditions in the ED and rapidly arrange multidisciplinary care.
Collaborate with paramedics, physicians and other team members as seconds count.
