UCHealth Commerce City is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the on-site Emergency Department. The role reports to the ED team and works day shifts under RN supervision to provide direct patient care per scope and organizational policies.

Requirements include LPN/LVN licensure, ACLS and PALS within 6 months, and BLS card. Compensation offered is hourly and dependent on experience, with comprehensive UCHealth benefits and a strong focus on patient safety.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $22.75 - $35.26 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary

As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse Advanced Cardiac Life Support PALS Certification
• Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program. State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN). None Required.

ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.

• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
