Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of acute care leadership.
• Experience in Level I or II trauma centers with high-volume EDs.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ED daily operations for efficient patient flow and delivery of care.
• Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve safety and outcomes.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance care coordination.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements.
• Drive patient experience initiatives and manage departmental budgets.
