Tampa General Hospital, Inc. seeks a Clinical Charge Nurse for the Emergency Department to oversee nursing staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safe, efficient patient care. You will supervise registered nurses and support staff, assign tasks, and manage schedules and call coverage.

Responsibilities include developing patient care plans, communicating with the care team, and leading performance improvement efforts aligned with hospital standards and patient safety goals.

Competenze

• Requires Associate's Degree in Nursing and active RN license in Florida or a Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS.

Mansioni

• Directs patient care on the ED unit to ensure quality outcomes.
• Plans and coordinates staff schedules and assignments.
• Communicates and documents care plans with the health care team; conducts shift report.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities and Core Measures.
