Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN license in Florida or Compact State.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze the health status of patients on the assigned unit.
• Perform ongoing assessments and document per policy.
• Plan and coordinate patient care with the healthcare team.
• Direct and supervise care delivery, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Communicate and document plan of care during handoffs and shifts.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities and policy updates.
