A pediatric care organization is looking for an Emergency Department Follow-Up professional to provide telephonic and in-person support following hospital visits. This remote role requires a Licensed Practical Nurse with an associate degree and two years of clinical experience, preferably in emergency or inpatient settings. Bilingual Spanish is required. The primary location of this position is remote with a schedule of Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern or Central Time.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23 - 28 per hour in addition to a competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
