Job summary

CentraCare is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join our full-time team across multiple Minnesota locations. The role involves providing emergency care with varying shifts, weekends, and holidays in Long Prairie, Melrose, Paynesville, and Sauk Centre, MN.

The position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, with additional pay opportunities based on bonuses, quality incentives, or RVU production. Expect roughly 10-12 shifts per month across our Level IV trauma centers.

Qualifications

• Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License. FM and EM are both eligible.
• ED Shift required ACLS and a trauma certification such as CALS or ATLS unless otherwise specified.

This is a full-time employed position requiring roughly 10-12 shifts a month.

Typical Shift:12- and 24-hour shifts (12-hour shifts are 8a-8p or 8p-8a)

Location:CentraCare-Melrose
Typical Shift:Mon-Thu 4p-8a, Fri-Sun 8a-8p or 8p-8a

Location:CentraCare-Paynesville
Typical Shift:12- and 24-hour shifts (12-hour shifts are 8a-8p or 8p-8a)
Location:CentraCare-Sauk Centre
Typical Shift:Mon-Thu acombination of 8a-8p or 8p-8a, or 4p-8a Friday-Sunday 8a-8p, 8p-8a

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$300,000 - $325,000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.
