CentraCare Health is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine physician to provide care across various locations in Western Minnesota, including Long Prairie and Melrose. This role requires working 10-12 shifts per month and involves a combination of weekends and holidays.
The ideal candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified and able to obtain a Minnesota medical license. Additional certifications in ACLS and trauma care are also required. Great benefits and competitive salary range from $300,000 to $325,000 per year are offered.
This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Add variety to your practice while meeting the emergency medical needs of Western Minnesota. Provide Emergency Medicine care through varying shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays in Long Prairie, Melrose, Paynesville, and Sauk Centre, MN. This is a full-time employed position requiring roughly 10-12 shifts a month.

Typical Shift: Mon-Thu 4p-8a, Fri-Sun 8a-8p or 8p-8a
Location: CentraCare-Paynesville
Typical Shift: 12- and 24-hour shifts (12-hour shifts are 8a-8p or 8p-8a)
Location: CentraCare-Sauk Centre
Typical Shift: Mon-Thu combination of 8a-8p or 8p-8a, or 4p-8a Friday-Sunday 8a-8p, 8p-8a
Salary range: $300,000 - $325,000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Required:
Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License. FM and EM are both eligible.
ED Shift required ACLS and a trauma certification such as CALS or ATLS unless otherwise specified.
