Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Research Coordinator lead to independently coordinate multiple clinical studies by implementing protocols in line with regulatory requirements. You will mentor coordinators and may serve as project manager, guiding teams and improving workflows across participating physicians and departments.

The role requires 5+ years in a research setting, leadership ability, and strong communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relative experience.
• In absence of a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of relevant work experience may be considered.
• CCRP/CCRC certification preferred.
• 5+ years of direct research experience with leadership capability; supervisory experience a plus; Epic experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple research studies by implementing study protocols per regulatory and institutional requirements.
• Mentor, supervise and guide Clinical Research Coordinators; may act as project manager or team lead.
• Interact with physicians, departments and study participants across conditions; manage timelines and study workflows.
