Qualifications

• Registered nursing licensure required in a U.S. state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ED patient care by managing referrals, discharge planning, follow-up, transportation, and continuity with providers.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, triage, interventions, medication administration, and patient monitoring for all ages in a fast-paced ED.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and timely documentation of patient care information.
• Collaborate with physicians, teams, community agencies, and insurers to facilitate patient care and decisions.
