• Lead ED APP education and competency development for all ED APPs.
• Coordinate ED APP workflow and staffing in the department.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and credentialing processes.
• Develop and evaluate educational programs to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
• Provide real-time education to nursing and ancillary staff as needed.
• Lead orientation and transition-to-practice initiatives for new ED APPs.
