The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center is seeking Licensed Veterinary Technicians to provide exemplary care in their Emergency and Critical Care service. Candidates will be responsible for supporting veterinarians, stabilizing critical patients, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.

With a legacy of 111 years in veterinary care, the center offers a comprehensive benefits package, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities for professional growth. Candidates must possess a New York State Veterinary Technician's license and have 2 years of critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS Veterinary Technician’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an LVT in a critical care environment.
• Ability to lift and restrain animals weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Support veterinarians in all facets of critical patient care.
• Provide anesthesia support as needed.
• Assist and instruct interns and residents during ICU policies.
