Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication and ability to lead when required.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple agencies and respond under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receives on-the-job training to process routine and emergency calls and dispatch proper agencies.
• Tracks and coordinates activities of police officers and Fire Department.
• Provides information to response personnel and checks NCIC files.
• Monitors alarms, cameras, and radio transmissions.
• Enters data into the computer system.
• Performs other related functions as assigned.
