Responsibilities

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming calls to determine urgency and dispatch appropriate resources using CAD and multi-channel communications.
• Dispatch police and/or security resources and coordinate fire/EMS response; track status and location of units.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide professional communication to citizens and emergency responders.
