Responsibilities

• Receive police requests via phone and radio in real time.

• Assign calls to officers according to priority and procedures.
• Monitor officer status and radio communications; relay updates.
• Coordinate with neighboring agencies and other services.
• Maintain clear incident records and safeguard restricted information.
