Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with at least 12 courses in behavioral/social sciences

Responsabilidades

• Perform professional social work in child protection, services, and adoption.
• Engage families to assess safety and plan for well-being and permanency.
• Create a team for each family with resources to support safe solutions for children.
• Reach safety decisions with input from parents, children, and community stakeholders.
• Assess safety, abuse, and neglect; family strengths and functioning.
• Separate dangerous caregivers from children when needed; plan for permanency.
