Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross) during or within new hire period.
• Nursing students: BLS Certification required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under supervision of an RN.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with patient transfers/transport and room care.
• Support with dressing changes and use of external monitoring devices.
• Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Complete internal training within two weeks of start date.
