Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as an LPN.
• HFHS pharmacology exam for the LPN must be completed.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Ambulatory setting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the delegated authority of a registered nurse or provider.
• Collaborate with the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing care plan.
• Demonstrate clinical competence in routine and technical nursing tasks.
• Uphold patient safety and quality standards and maintain accurate documentation.
