Wylie ER in Texas seeks a Business Development Manager to drive patient visits and expand service utilization across our emergency care locations. You will build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations to promote concierge medicine and growth.

You will travel regularly and work independently, collaborating with medical staff and leadership to implement marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and report progress toward strategic goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of business development experience in healthcare required.

Responsabilités

• Drive patient visit growth across all emergency care locations by developing and executing strategic business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, community organizations, and referral sources to increase service utilization.
• Identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of prospective business opportunities while tracking all outreach and engagement activities.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and community channels to support growth objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance data to identify opportunities and improve business development results.
• Represent the organization at community events, sponsorships, networking engagements, and promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness and referral relationships.
• Collaborate with medical staff, facility leadership, and corporate teams to expand utilization of services and achieve growth targets.
• Prepare and deliver accurate reports to leadership on business development activities, community engagement efforts, and progress toward strategic goals.
