Role Responsibilities

• Provide expert emergency medicine insight to support the development and refinement of AI-driven clinical decision tools.
• Review, annotate, and validate clinical data to ensure alignment with real-world emergency department scenarios.
• Evaluate AI-generated recommendations for patient recognition, assessment, stabilization, and disposition.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to align outputs with emergency medicine best practices.
• Design and direct simulated emergency cases to ensure AI systems reflect true ED workflows and complexity.
• Contribute to the creation and review of medical guidelines and protocols embedded within AI systems.
• Deliver structured feedback to continuously improve AI accuracy, safety, and clinical reliability.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician (MD or DO) with active clinical experience.
