Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful implementation and hand-off of emergency call handling projects
  • Write, manage, and implement the master project plan utilizing automated project management tools
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal staff during projects
  • Initiate and maintain project budgets, analyzing costs and providing financial oversight
  • Organize meetings with stakeholders to ensure project goals and milestones are met
Qualifications
  • High School diploma, Technical Certificate, Associate\'s, or Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Communication, IT, or Technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management and emergency call handling experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with peers and senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with public safety communications systems
  • Proficient in developing project documents and familiar with cloud-based document management systems (Google Workspace)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
  • Understanding of local public safety customers, such as police, fire, and emergency medical services
  • Self-motivated team player who can work effectively with minimal guidance
