As an Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Technician, you'll play an essential role in stabilizing patients, supporting specialty procedures, and delivering exceptional nursing care.
Veterinary Technicians who are early in their careers or still developing Emergency Medicine skills are encouraged to watch for future opportunities that better align with their experience level

Recently credentialed Licensed Veterinary Technicians who graduated from an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technology Program, successfully passed the VTNE, and obtained licensure within the past three years may be eligible for the HeadStart Student Loan Support Program, designed to help new technicians transition into advanced clinical practice while supporting student loan repayment.
