Responsibilities

• Advise U.S.-headquartered groups on non-US tax aspects of cross-border transactions involving EMEA.
• Develop tax-efficient structures across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Assess tax regimes including merger/demerger rules and withholding taxes.
• Coordinate with U.S. and local teams to deliver integrated tax solutions.
• Prepare client-ready analyses, presentations, and recommendations.
