Overview

Satechi, a global leader in premium consumer electronics and accessories, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our European team. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support to our customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth order management, product launches, and sales activities across EMEA.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a select number of customer accounts by country.
  • Communicate shipping times and backorder updates to customers.
  • Prepare sales materials for new product launches.
  • Update and distribute monthly price lists.
  • Work with customers across EMEA, to deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with customers on seasonal promotions and marketing programs.
  • Assist with compliance enquiries and training module rollouts.
  • Coordinate with operations on order processing and delivery timelines.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales support, account management, or commercial coordination (consumer electronics/retail/FMCG preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite).
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive.
