  4. Coordinate across teams and time zones, translating goals into results while maintaining quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

You are a natural relationship-builder, confident communicator, and problem-solver capable of leading through influence. Experience in GMP environments or manufacturing supply chains is a strong advantage.

Essential duties include:

  1. Planning, organizing, and directing artwork production activities with your managers and customer’s Life Cycle Management & Printed Packaging Materials group.
  2. Building and maintaining excellent contact with key decision-makers both internally and externally.

  4. Monitoring and reporting account performance via KPIs and metrics.
  5. Developing and executing a strategy for improvements across the account.
  6. Ensuring compliance and audit readiness with quality functions.
  7. Understanding customer requirements and translating them to operational teams.
  8. Collaborating with the Global Account Director on operational issues and customer-specific requirements.
  9. Leading investigations into customer complaints, managing CAPAs, and communicating non-conformances.
  10. Providing project and critical path management as needed.
  11. Identifying improvement areas, proposing solutions, and monitoring new processes.
  12. Delivering performance appraisals and coaching sessions.
  13. Adhering to health, safety, and quality policies.
  14. Fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Operational or Account Management roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
