Job summary

Gurobi Optimization seeks a Director of Marketing - EMEA to lead multi-channel campaigns, brand positioning, and demand generation. You will align marketing with sales, drive pipeline growth, and oversee content and events while mentoring a regional team.

You will guide analytics, ABM, and offshore/onshore collaboration to maximize ROI and brand impact across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing, incl. 3–5 years in leadership.
• Proven demand generation, campaign mgmt and digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytics, automation tools, and CRM platforms.
• Experience leading SaaS/tech marketing programs.
• MBA preferred; Bachelor's in Marketing/Business required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and lead gen.
• Align marketing with sales priorities and company objectives.
• Optimize digital channels (SEO/SEM/email/social) and ABM strategies.
• Oversee content creation (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blogs, videos).
• Manage budget, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration for pipeline growth.
