We're growing fast and as we do, we are looking for someone to lead our EMEA Logistics across Stock Receipt, Outbound, Reverse Logistics and Inventory Control.

The role will encompass all aspects of the supply chain activities from work required to ensure shoes are despatched correctly, delivered on time, invoices reconciled, and logistics reporting & analysis delivered to the business.

What you'll be doing....

  • Responsible for day-to-day EMEA 3PL relationships, with support from Vivo’s Head of Logistics and the UK based logistics team.
  • Responsible for day-to-day continuous improvement of 3PL’s and Vivo efficiencies, including MBR and QBR management.
  • Regular face to face visits to our warehouse to meet the management team.
  • Coordinate with Tech teams regarding integrations discrepancies, and to ensure reporting is aligned and investigated with 3PL if needed.
  • Manage warehouse order queries, liaising with the warehouse management.
  • Working closely with our inbound management team to support receipt of stock.
  • Returns – Monitor the returns process from return creation through to warehouse receipt, investigating discrepancies that fall outside of SLA.
  • Item fulfilment – Monitor fulfilment process from order creation to customer delivery, investigating discrepancies that fall outside of SLA.
  • Inventory management - own the stock control process in the 3PL’s, investigating and reporting on any discrepancies across the operation and managing month end discrepancies.
  • Overseeing and supporting the B2B operation, liaising directly with our B2B lead.
  • Liaise with the Marketplace manager and provide regular updates on order fulfilments.
  • Liaise with store management to ensure continuous shoe supply.

What you need to apply for this pivotal role here at Vivobarefoot

  • Previous experience of working in a similar senior logistics lead role for an omni-channel brand. This is key!
  • An interest in Natural Wellbeing would be fab.
  • You'll have incredible attention to detail, nothing gets past you.
  • You'll be proficient in Excel
  • You'll be a great communicator, able to lead meetings and calls and lead the direction needed.
  • You can be based anywhere in the UK and will be able to work on a mainly remote basis however, travel to our sites, warehouses and offices will be needed in line with your role.
