Job summary

Wolt License Services seeks a Localisation Specialist to serve as the local market SME for merchant onboarding and CDD across designated EEA markets. You will collaborate with Sales, Merchant Operations, Compliance and Financial Crime Prevention to ensure compliant onboarding and monitoring.

English fluency is required; knowledge of an additional local EEA language is advantageous. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Compliance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in CDD, KYC/KYB, AML compliance, merchant onboarding, financial services operations or related areas.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local SME for merchant onboarding and CDD requirements within designated EEA markets.
• Support the identification, interpretation and documentation of local market-specific requirements affecting onboarding, CDD, beneficial ownership verification and ongoing monitoring.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to local teams regarding CDD requirements, documentation expectations and onboarding decisions.
• Support development and maintenance of onboarding guidance, procedures, playbooks and training materials.
• Assist in identifying local regulatory, legal and market developments impacting onboarding and CDD.
