Job summary

Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, seeks an EHS Specialist for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will lead safety programs across field operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

You will develop training, monitor KPIs with Cority, and support continuous improvement while traveling within the EMEA region. A NEBOSH/IOSH background and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification in health and safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• IOSH membership preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in field service, industrial, engineering, or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Field Operations EHS to implement strategies and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with UK and international EHS regulations across EMEA field operations.
• Manage third-party EHS providers and coordinate health monitoring programs.
• Promote proactive safety culture through training, investigations, and audits.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and onboarding for new associates.
