EMEA Field Category Manager - Doors & Fit out category

Overview

Background and role context: Within EMEA there are 42 countries where there is the requirement to source Controllers and Electrical components not manufactured in Otis for mainly Mod projects. Across EMEA this is a substantial spend with clear potential for improved performance via a specialist category management approach. In 2025 the Supply Chain structure is transforming to centralize this area of sourcing. Previously led within each country, now a specialist will lead on the procurement across all countries, focusing first on the highest spend areas / repetitive nature of the requests. This new role is an exciting chapter in the Otis Customer focused delivery model, to provide subject matter experts in key delivery areas, and to support our internal / external customer requirements. Initially there is one direct report as a Sourcing Analyst to manage the requests, RFIs and support as required. This role reports to the EMEA New Equipment and MOD Sourcing Director.
