Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a passionate Field Application Engineer to drive technical engagements with customers across the United States, enabling them to build world‑class solutions on NVIDIA platforms. You will act as the primary technical interface between customers, sales, and engineering teams, ensuring successful design‑in, deployment, and optimization of GPU, AI, networking, and embedded products.

The role demands deep technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills, with responsibilities

Qualifications

15+ years of customer-facing technical experience in datacenter/HPC, networking, or telecom hardware.
MS or PhD in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong Linux knowledge and kernel/driver experience.
Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU platforms (HGX, MGX, DGX) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Hardware design-in & bring-up: support integration of NVIDIA silicon into partner systems.
Issue triage & escalation: reproduce and drive resolution of customer bugs.
Firmware & software stack support: guide customers through platform firmware and tools.
Cross-company coordination: bridge customers, engineering, and program teams.
Telco / AI-RAN expertise: collaborate on Aerial integration and platform deployment.
OEM portfolio support: assist OEM partners on HGX/IGX/MGX designs and reviews.
Customer on-site engagement: occasional travel to partner sites.
