Job summary

AlixPartners seeks a PMD Recruiting Director - EMEA to lead the executive recruiting team across the UK, DACH, Italy, France and the Middle East, focusing on Partner and Partner & Managing Director searches.

Based in London, Munich, Düsseldorf, or Berlin, the role builds trust with regional leaders and works with global executives to drive a rigorous, inclusive recruitment process. You will mentor a dispersed team and guide strategy across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading geographically dispersed executive search teams.
• Deep knowledge of the consulting/candidate pool landscape across Restructuring, Advisory and Risk.
• Fluent in English; German/ French/ Italian a plus.
• Excellent client-service orientation and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work full time in a hybrid/office-remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perpetually improve the candidate experience from intro to onboarding.
• Mentor and develop the EMEA recruiting team, including recruiters, researchers, and coordinators.
• Partner with Global Head of Executive Recruiting on performance, budget, workflow, and external partnerships.
• Own key searches end-to-end: research, outreach, interviews, evaluations, and write-ups.
• Draft long-form business cases for final-stage PMD candidates for CEO/Board review.
• Vet and manage external search firms and budgets.
• Ensure data is collected, recorded, and kept confidential and compliant.
• Be a super user of Greenhouse to optimize recruitment processes.
