Job summary

Enverus is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management for Trading & Risk, based in Europe, with a background in energy trading and data analytics. You will shape product strategy, own the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to drive growth and customer value.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in energy trading or market risk, strong knowledge of market-data workflows, and experience with SaaS products. Travel across Europe and remote flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• EMEA-based with global product responsibility.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in energy trading, market risk, or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of commodities, especially energy or renewables.
• Strong understanding of enterprise commodity market-data workflows, including data acquisition, entitlements, metadata, forward curves, pricing, APIs, Excel, real-time data, and downstream distribution into ETRM, risk, and analytical systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Trading & Risk products, in collaboration with VP Product Management and Engineering leadership.
• Translate market requirements into well-scoped stories and features with customers and engineering leads.
• Prioritize roadmap themes to drive YoY revenue growth, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Own product readiness for releases, including planning, launch communications, and training materials.
• Partner with sales on demos, POCs, pricing discussions, and onboarding of new clients.
• Provide customer training for new tools (e.g., Curve Builder).
• Serve as SME in customer discussions on market risk metrics, simulations, and compliance workflows.
