Ellie Mental Health is expanding its Bethesda team to provide EMDR and a range of therapies to a diverse client base. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Fully licensed mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT, LCPC) in Maryland.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and document case notes per policy.
• Provide structured EMDR therapy services to individuals.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to serve the community.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and school staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Compensation:

• Above-market rate pay scale ($82,000-$96,000) with the opportunity to increase pay into six figures

Responsibilities And Duties

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Provide structured EMDR therapy services to individuals
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Required to be a fully licensed mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
