Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking an EMC Technician to join the 1st Shift Recovery Operations team in Fairless Hills, PA. You will sort, classify, and dismantle electronic materials to prepare them for processing.

No prior electronics recycling experience is required; we provide training. This full-time onsite position offers a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule and benefits after 30 days.

Sibanye-Stillwater is looking for an EMC Technician to join our 1st Shift Recovery Operations team in Fairless Hills, PA.

No previous electronics recycling experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for dependable team members who are ready to learn, work safely, and contribute.

What You’ll Do

• Sort and classify different types of electronic materials.
• Dismantle electronics and components to separate and prepare materials for processing.

Position Details

Pay: $17.25 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Fairless Hills, PA
Employment: Full-Time, Onsite

What the Job Requires

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment while wearing required PPE.
• Successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, and medical clearance.
• Ability to meet applicable ITAR and NAID access requirements for the position.
