  • Generate comprehensive test plans, matrix compliance trackers, test reports, and regulatory certifications.
What we need to see:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent experience with evident exceptional ability.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in automotive electronic product design, debugging, and EMC validation for mass production.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, automotive Ethernet, and USB.
  • Deep familiarity with automotive and robotic EMC standards, including: Emissions: CISPR 25, CISPR 12, SAE J551 and Immunity & Transients: ISO 11452, ISO 7637, SAE J111
  • Basic proficiency or exposure to electromagnetic CAD simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST Studio Suite, FEKO, or SPICE) to optimize hardware virtually.
  • Hands‑on experience with PCBA modifications, wiring harness assembly, and laboratory test instruments (receivers, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes).
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience evaluating robotics applications, industrial automation, or automated material handling systems for complex factory environments is a plus!
  • Familiarity with regional and global wireless/regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE/RED, ISED) for connected automotive or robotic products.
  • Working knowledge or understanding of ISO‑17025 laboratory accreditation standards.
