Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, is seeking an Embryologist to perform standard ART laboratory procedures including IVF, ICSI, and PGT, with a focus on embryo culture and quality control.
The role requires two years of relevant experience; a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related field is preferred, along with three years’ IVF experience. The position is based at the Texas Medical Center and involves rotating weekends and holidays.

Salary Range: $79,092 to $100,000
FLSA Status: Exempt
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Embryologist performs all standard laboratory procedures for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), and Preimplantation Genetic Testing. The andrology component includes semen analysis and sperm preparation for intrauterine insemination (IUI) and IVF.
This position will work rotating weekends and holidays.
