Job summary

AO Swag in Coppell, TX is seeking an Embroidery Team Lead to oversee daily embroidery operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

You will train and guide team members, coordinate job assignments to maximize efficiency, troubleshoot machines, monitor quality, report performance metrics to management, and ensure safety and organization on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in embroidery production.
• Experience with multi-head machines, preferably ZSK.
• Strong knowledge of embroidery machines and production processes.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  Schedule & Physical Requirements

  Schedule

  • Sunday – Thursday, 2:30 PM - 11:00PM
  • Overtime may be required during peak production periods in accordance with business needs

  Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
