Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented associate to join our embroidery and garment inspection team in a temperature-controlled facility. You will inspect embroidered items, prepare them for shipping, and ensure order accuracy from design placement to packing.

This role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and operates on a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Prior embroidery experience and basic math skills are valued, along with reliable English communication.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential to ensure defect-free embroidery and accurate counts.
• Experience with embroidery equipment and processes is preferred.
• Basic math skills are needed to verify quantities and packing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work in a temperature-controlled building to inspect embroidered products.
• Prepare items for shipping or storage and verify design placement.
• Attach labels, complete production tracking paperwork, and ensure order accuracy.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and maintain high-quality embroidery standards.
