Job summary

PromoCentric LLC is hiring an entry-level embroidery operator to join our production team in Newmarket, NH. No experience is required—we provide full training on our machines and processes to help you succeed.

Responsibilities include loading garments, running multi-head embroidery machines, and ensuring stitch quality. We offer competitive starting pay, health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k), with room to grow within the production team.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual, ready to start shift.
• Hands-on with detail work and repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand for a shift and lift garments, boxes, and bins.
• Quality-conscious, catching mistakes early.
• Works well in a team and follows directions.
• No embroidery experience needed; trained from day one.

Responsibilities

• Load garments and hoop them correctly for embroidery.
• Run and monitor multi-head embroidery machines during production.
• Check stitch quality and catch thread breaks or defects early.
• Trim, inspect, and fold finished pieces.
• Keep station organized and follow basic safety procedures.
• Learn to read work orders and follow design/placement specs.
