Role Overview

The Embroidery Machine Operator is responsible for producing high‑quality, decorated garments in a timely manner according to production spec and art sheets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Operates multi‑head embroidery machines to produce accurate, high‑quality garments.
• Follows direction on production specification sheets and/or art sheets for each customer order.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborates effectively with the production department team.
• Assists in developing and implementing new procedures to improve accuracy and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating embroidery machines or related equipment.
• Knowledge of machines used throughout the production process.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Detail‑oriented with strong attention to quality.
• Effective prioritization skills to meet assigned deadlines under related stress.
• Sound organizational, records management, and time‑management skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Continuous movement throughout the production department.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Fine motor skills and manual dexterity required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Competitive pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
