We are a fast-growing custom print, signage, and apparel business based in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. We offer many custom apparel, signage, and offset printing services, and have recently added embroidery to our portfolio. We are looking for a candidate who can operate the Tajima and Barudan machines and help lead our embroidery practice as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-head Tajima and Barudan machines
• Perform and prioritize multiple tasks while working independently or with a team
• Monitor the embroidery process to keep work flowing smoothly and maintain high quality
• Create processes for the best customer experience
• Handle client interaction as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

• Experience operating multi-head embroidery machines (highly preferred)
• Experience with Tajima and Barudan machines preferred but not required
• 2+ years of embroidery machine experience preferred
• English required
• Reliable commute to Logan Square in Chicago

Schedule

• Part-time – schedule to be determined
• Full-time – Monday-Friday 8 am‑5 pm (approx.) with occasional additional hours
