AlphaGraphics Brand X in Tempe is hiring an Embroidery Operator to set up and run embroidery machines for client orders, sew logos and patterns, and ensure jobs meet specifications. You will maintain machines, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with supervisors and clients to deliver quality results.

The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on embroidery experience, ability to read technical manuals, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years hands-on embroidery machine operation experience.
• Expert-level operation including setup and multi-head machine operation.
• Able to read and follow technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Set up embroidery machines and select thread/fabric for each job.
• Sew logos and patterns into fabric to spec.
• Perform regular machine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine problems.
• Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency or quality; assist other production areas as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Take on special projects as needed.
