Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• General computer skills preferred but not required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-head embroidery machines to embroider names, initials, or decorative designs on garments or materials.
• Hoop and center material to prepare for processing on the embroidery machine.
• Observe embroidery operations to detect defects and notify supervisor of malfunctions.
• Inspect garments for defects and repair embroidery or fill in blanks left by the machine.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality to meet department production demands.
• Communicate effectively with managers and team leaders; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow written directions and pay close attention to starting and finished products.
• Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and discern colors and details.
